  1. XML handling of request texts

ERP-Scale V3.0.4

New functionality:
  1. Network Monitor
Use the ERP-Scale Network Monitor to monitor the status of ERP-Scale installations on your network.
  2. HUPAST Import
Verify and import your SAP packing station profile configuration.
  3. Data Parsing
Data string parsing has been enhanced and now supports separators.
  4. Extensions
Support of extensions to extend the functionality of ERP-Scale. The first two extensions add "target weighing" and "scale selection" functions.
  5. Licence activation and results scrambling
In ERP-Scale version 3.0.3, if a licence was no longer activated, the weight returned to SAP would be scrambled. This could potentially result in an incorrect weight being returned to SAP without the operator being aware that this had happened.
From version 3.0.4 if a licence number has been entered for a device, and that licence has not been (or is no longer) activated, then no weight will be returned to SAP.
  6. Digital code signing
The install kits and all executables are now all signed with a digital certificate to ensure they have not been tampered with.
  7. IANA Assigned user ports
ERP-Scale now uses TCP port 5134 for licence activation messages and TCP port 5135 for monitor & configuration messages. These ports have been assigned to Pocket Programs by IANA.
