Import SAP Packing Station Profile

A new feature of ERP-Scale V3.0.4 is the ability to verify and import the Packing Station Profile direct from SAP.

  1. Select the SAP system from the SAP hosts defined in your SAP GUI LoginPad, or enter manually.
  2. Import the list of packing stations, or filter on packing station name.
  3. Automatically select the packing station linked to the current PC.
  4. Verify the Packing Station Profile including the RFC destination configuration
  5. Import the RFC settings and the Scale name.

Use:

1. Select an SAP system and enter the user name, password and client.
2. Click ConnectButton.JPG to connect to the SAP system and load the list of packing stations.   
3.    If the PC's host name has been assigned to the packing station profile in SAP, click ThisHost.JPG to automatically select it.
4.    You can filter the list of packing station profiles loaded from SAP by clicking the Search.JPG button. Then enter the search text (e.g. *pack*) and then click Search.JPG again.   
5. Once you have selected the packing station profile, click Verify.JPG to verify the packing station profile and the RFC destination.

If the settings have been verified, you can then import then. For the RFC destination and the device, you can choose whether to create new destination or device, or to update an existing RFC destination or device:
